Custom Orders

We can accommodate a variety of custom requests for special occasions and gatherings, including birthdays, graduations, workplace events, etc. At this time we are not set up to do wedding cakes; however, we can do cupcakes for weddings.

Custom orders generally require at least one week notice and are subject to staff and ingredient availability (i.e. good fresh berries are hard to get in winter). Please email us with your request (check Spam if you do not see a response within a few days). We do book up more quickly around holidays and graduation. The more notice we have, the more likely we will be able to fulfill your request.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are available in chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry (contact us for other flavors). Chocolate is usually paired with chocolate buttercream, vanilla with vanilla buttercream, and strawberry with either vanilla buttercream (can be tinted) or cream cheese frosting (requires refrigeration), but we will happily accommodate other requests when possible. Price is $45/dozen ($3.75/ea) for a single flavor, and includes sprinkles if desired. Price may increase for special designs or filled cupcakes.

Allergens: all cupcakes contain eggs. Chocolate can be made dairy free by request. Cupcakes are peanut/soy free. Some sprinkles contain soy lecithin. Please specify other allergens when ordering.

Custom Cakes

• Custom cakes have a fair amount of variability.
• Size options for a decorated celebration cake are: 13x9" quarter sheet or 9" round layer cake.
• Common pairings are chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, vanilla cake with vanilla or chocolate buttercream, and strawberries 'n cream cake (vanilla layer cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries).
• Chocolate and carrot cake can be made dairy free by request.
• If you do not need something decorated or have a smaller group, we offer smaller sizes of carrot cake (8x8"), tres leches cake (8x8), pineapple upside down cake (9" round), and tiramisu (8x8").

We offer a rotating menu of cheesecake flavors. Below are some flavors we have done in the past, and may be able to make by request, depending on staff availability. Prices range from $36-45 for a full size (9") cheesecake, depending on flavor.

Pies

All our pies are made in house from scratch. Our chocolate cream and key lime pies are stocked daily, both in individual portions and full size (9") pies. We do sometimes sell out, especially around holidays, so feel free to request that we set one aside for you.

Pie flavors using a traditional crust (pumpkin, apple, pecan, etc.) are generally made only in the fall, primarily for Thanksgiving, due to the high labor cost of making pie crusts. We may be able to make one for you off season, so feel free to reach out with your request.
