About Our Flours

What makes our products so tasty? It starts with the right flour!

Some gluten free grains, such as rice, are very hard in comparison to wheat, and a single grinding is not enough. That's what gives many gluten free baked goods their gritty, dry texture.

All of our flours are ground super fine. This is more time consuming, but is absolutely worth it in the final product. Look at the photo to the left (click to view larger image) to see a noticeable difference in the flour texture after each grind. Each pile of flour is an additional grind and one step closer to a light, smooth texture.

In addition, after years of diligent experimentation, we have perfected combining the right individual flours in the right ratios to produce a delicate crumb that holds together well. Please try our products and let us know what you think!
