Everything! We are a dedicated gluten free and wheat free facility. We are also peanut and oat free. Some products are free of other allergens as well. Please contact us with concerns about other allergens.
Absolutely! We encourage it so you can be sure to get exactly what you want. Fill out our request form or email info@crestonebakery.com with a list of products you'd like to order and the day you'd like to pick them up. Please keep in mind not all products are made fresh every day of the week, but may be available frozen.
We are open Tues - Fri 8:00 - 4:00 and Sat/Sun 9:00 - 2:00, closed on Mondays. We do close on some holidays or occasionally for maintenance, deep cleaning, or family vacation. Please check the website and/or social media to make sure we aren't closed on a day you'd like to visit.
We love making cupcakes and cakes for those special occasions, or just because you want some. They are special order. Our Custom Orders page has sample photos and more information. Please email us as far ahead of time as possible. We generally need at least a week's notice and sometimes have to special order ingredients, so the more notice you can give, the better. We can sometimes accommodate a rush order, but availability will usually be limited, so please try to give us as much time as you can to get those delicious cakes to your next event.
We do use some organic ingredients but not consistently enough yet to declare it in the recipe list. For instance, we use organic carrots about 95% of the time. Some other ingredients we often stock organic: honey, berries, limes, tapioca starch, psyllium husk, coconut flakes.
We love those guys, but we are not the same company. They are not gluten free. They have delicious non-gluten free donuts and other great savory items. Give them some love for your non-gluten free family members.
